Cancellation Policy

If a session is canceled by Pensacola Luxury Charters due to unsafe conditions, you will first be reschedule to another day to do if available or gift card will be issued. A guest can’t cancel up to 48 hours before their session, after that no refund will be given if a guest cancels. Weather can change quickly in Florida and your safety is our top priority. We watch conditions and the captain makes the call when appropriate.
